Our Custom Process
At DeMello Designs we have a passion for creating beautiful, high quality, one-of-a-kind jewelry. We want you to absolutely love your custom pieces so we have a few steps to ensure you will be completely happy.
Step 1: Fill out the form below and we will reach out to confirm information and/or ask any additional questions we may have. We love to create so if you need any help making your masterpiece we will gladly assist you with ideas.
Step 2: Before we move forward, we will provide you with an estimate for your custom project. At that time, if you approve the estimate, we will ask for a deposit.
Step 3: We will provide you with a computer-aided-design (CAD) image of your custom design. From there you can approve it or make changes at no additional fees as long as we are just changing the style. If any additional stones or metal is required for a change there will be an increase in the original estimate.
Step 4: Once you approve the image, the rest of the balance is due. After the payment we will cast the item and set stones.
Step 5: You have a beautiful one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry on its way to be enjoyed. Every custom project will vary in overall length of time due to the complexity or changes being made along the way. Typical completion time for a custom project is four to six weeks but you should allow for more time. We want to make sure it’s perfect!
